YSSE launches Bangladesh Youth Symposium in BUET

Youth School for Social Entrepreneurs (YSSE) successfully organized “Bangladesh Youth Symposium – BUET” at the premises of Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET) in association with “BUET Entrepreneurship Development Club” on November 9, 2018.

The Founder and the Managing Director of the Structural Engineers Ltd., Engr. Md. Abdul Awal was the chief guest of BYS-2018 at BUET. Ibnul Syed Rana, CEO and Chairman of Nirapad Development Foundation, was present in the event as special guest and showed his gratitude to the youth and well-wishers on behalf of YSSE. Masud Khan, Chief Executive Officer, Crown Cement, was present as the special guest of the event. Waliullah Bhuiyan, CEO of Light of Hope came shared his story of immense experiences and thoughts about self-employment, different forms of it, and its significances. The acting Country Director of Augmedix Rashed Mujib Noman revealed the possibilities of entrepreneurs in health sector. Young entrepreneur, Co-founder and CFO of “UNDP Safe Water Challenge” winning start up “Tetra”, Mubashir Tahmid present his brief on entrepreneurship at student, his views, ideas and experiences on start up at student time. With the succession of BYS-2018 at DIU, Primeasia University and BUET YSSE decided to step forward with the flag of BYS to spread entrepreneurial spirit among the youth. After accomplishing BYS at BUET successfully, they are arranging another entrepreneurs gathering at Independent University. “We will try to reach remote area’s educational institutions of Bangladesh too very soon”- said Sheikh Mohammad Yousuf Hossain. He invited all the participants to attend their next event and stay with them.
