DU to hold ‘D’ unit admission test on Friday

The admission test to enroll students in honors first year through D unit at Dhaka University (DU) is likely to begin from Friday on October 12 for the academic session of 2018-19.

According to a press release issued on Thursday from the university’s public relations department, the admission test will be held on Friday 10 am to 11 am at 81 centers simultaneously.

This year, a total of 95,341 admission seekers will take part in this ordeal against 1,615 seats. The number of seats distributed for the students of Science background is 1,152, for Business students is 410 and the rest will be distributed among students of Humanities background.

In order to facilitate the admission test properly, authorities have completely prohibited carrying any electronic device that can establish communication.
