

Atova Technology Honors Trainees for Completing Industry-Focused Program
Praised for Advancing Practical and Career-Ready Skills
Atova Technology organized the “Industrial Training, Farewell and Appreciation Ceremony” to honor trainees who successfully completed its industry-oriented training program. The event was held on Wednesday (26 November) at an restaurant in the capital, where participants received certificates and crests in recognition of their achievements.
Speaking as the chief guest, Khandaker Mahbub Uddin Khokon, President of the Bangladesh Supreme Court Bar Association, said,“Practical, hands-on training significantly enhances the confidence and employability of young people. Such initiatives play a crucial role in developing the country’s human resources.”
Special guest Hafizullah Khan, Administrator of the Bangladesh Association of Software and Information Services (BASIS), said,“Real-world training is essential for developing skilled professionals in the local government and ICT sectors.”
Monjur Mohammad Shahriar, Project Director of the DEIED Project under the Bangladesh Hi-Tech Park Authority, said,“The core objective of the DEIED project is to strengthen industry-ready skills among young people. Atova’s initiative will further advance this mission.”
Also present at the event were Rabiul Islam Nayan, Member-Secretary of Dhaka South Jubo Dal; Mostafa Kamal Duke, Managing Director of Flora Telecom; Rowshan Kamal James, Member of the BASIS Associate Committee; along with senior officials of Atova, trainers, and the graduating trainees.
Speaking at the ceremony, Rabiul Islam Nayan said, “Industry-based training enhances a trainee’s readiness to work in real-world environments.”
BASIS representative Rowshan Kamal James added, “BASIS welcomes every initiative that helps build skilled IT professionals. Atova’s efforts are truly commendable.”
During the program, trainees shared their experiences, discussed practical learning outcomes, and received guidance on future career pathways.
Atova Technology’s Chief Executive Officer, Ferdous Alom, who chaired the event, said,
“Our goal goes beyond training. We aim to prepare young people for real industrial workflows. In the coming days, we will expand our training and career support programs even further.”
Atova Technology announced that it plans to broaden its industry-based training, mentorship, and career assistance initiatives in the future.
