TBT Desk: The first issue of yearly magazine of the department of Oceanography of Dhaka University ‘Lohori’ was published on Monday.
Acting editor of ‘The Bangladesh Today’ and chairman of the department of Oceanography of University of Dhaka, Jobaer Alam launched the first issue of ‘Lohori’ at his office. Other teachers and students of the department were also present at that time. Jobaer Alam informed that from now on study tour yearly magazine ‘Lohori’ will be published every year.
Third year student of the Department of Oceanography, Rafid and Zishan who are the editors of ‘Lohori’ expressed their satisfaction after the publication first issue of ‘Lohori’. It is to be noted that the term ‘Lohori’ means wave.
