“My childhood dream was to spread the message of Allah and His Prophet through nasheed, so since childhood I have walked on the path of my dream. Today I have gained popularity with everyone's love. I intend to do better in the future.”

These are the words of popular TikToker and nasheed artist Ataur Rahman Hamidi, who has currently gained a lot of popularity on social media with his nasheeds and videos.

Hamidi was born and raised in Mohammadpur, Brahmanbaria district.

This man gained media popularity starting in 2022, when he began making nasheed videos on TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and Instagram.

His first video to go viral was a nasheed titled “Wedding Nasheed,” posted on TikTok. When he later performed the Wedding Nasheed in his own voice, it received an overwhelming response from listeners.

Several of his nasheeds have gone on to receive strong views, with some reaching up to 300,000 views on social media.

So far, Hamidi has released more than 15 nasheeds, including “Wedding Nasheed,” “Mon Hoilo Diwana,” “Me Saqde Ya Rasul Allah,” and “Sing Nasheed,” all of which have gained wide popularity among listeners. He currently has over 20,000 followers on TikTok.

Looking ahead, Hamidi plans to release several new nasheeds for his audience in the coming days.

When asked, he also said, “Since childhood, I've had a deep interest in nasheed. I always thought that when I grew up, I would deliver the message of Allah and His Prophet to people through melody.”
