It is known that Wali Ahmed Rabby was born in Sonapur village of Ramganj upazila of Laxmipur. Although born in Lakshmipur, he studied in the capital Dhaka. Passed SSC from Dhanmondi Government Boys High School and HSC from City College. After that he got admission in BBA and completed one semester. Later, he moved outside the country in search of livelihood. Currently, Wali Ahmed Rabby is doing the business of importing various products from China.

Wali Ahmed Rabby said, I myself am an entrepreneur. Being an entrepreneur is not that easy. You have to pay a lot of hard way. How to overcome this difficult path. Everything that needs to be done is outlined in my book. Anyone who really wants to be an entrepreneur should read my book.

Wali Ahmed Rabby was born on September 25, 1994 in Lakshmipur District of Chittagong Division, Bangladesh. Her father Md Harun is a businessman and mother Shilpi Akhtar is a housewife. Rabi Mariam Akhtar is married to Varna, who is also a housewife. They have a younger son named Ayan Ahmed.
