Legendary singer Runa Laila, her husband noted film actor Alamgir, Alamgir’s daughter Ankhi Alamgir and popular actor Ferdous Ahmed have stood before camera together for a television commercial (TVC).
The shooting of the TVC was completed at Bangladesh Film Development Corporation (BFDC) in the capital on Tuesday. Filmmaker Anonno Mamun has made the TVC for a housing company.
Earlier, Ferdous has worked with Alamgir and Ankhi Alamgir, but it is his first work with Runa Laila. Ferdous is very excited to work with legendary singer Runa Laila. He said, “It is a good luck for me that I’ve worked with Runa Laila apa. When I got the offer to act with Runa apa, Alamgir bhai and Ankhi Alamgir, I thought it is best offer in my acting career. I’ve portrayed the role of Ankhi’s husband in the TVC. I’m very happy to work with them. I hope the audience will also enjoy the TVC.”
Simrin Libaba, the granddaughter of late actor Abdul Kader, will also be seen in the TVC.
Runa Laila went to BFDC on Tuesday after about 30 years for the shooting of the TVC.
