DHAKA,  – All types of leave of the officials and employees of the local government division, city corporations and municipalities have been cancelled for conducting mosquito elimination drives.

“All weekly and public holidays of all officials and employees of the city corporations, municipalities and the local government division have been cancelled,” said an office order of the Ministry of Local Government, Rural Development and Co-operatives here today.

The decision will be in effect until further announcement in this regard.
