DHAKA,  – The government has allowed shops and shopping malls to reopen from tomorrow in a limited scale.

“Shops and shopping malls are allowed to reopen from 9am to 5pm with strict enforcement of the health guidelines from April 9 to 13. Legal action will be taken if the health guidelines are not maintained properly,” according to a gazette notification signed by deputy secretary Rezaul Islam of the cabinet division here today.

The Covid-19 vaccination will also continue as per schedule.

The government enforced country-wide weeklong lockdown for the second time on April 5 to contain the spread Covid-19.
