One such warrior is Sakib Rafsan. He began his freelancing journey with just his mother’s laptop and gradually took on various freelance jobs. Starting from there, he is now the CEO of a company. With his determination and skills, he is leading and mentoring many young talents, supporting his family and fulfilling his aspirations. Hailing from Narail, this young man has built ‘Royal Motion IT’ with his hard work and expertise. The organization was originally named ‘Sakib Rafsan Records’ but later transformed into ‘Royal Motion IT.’ He now collaborates with various organizations in Bangladesh and abroad, playing a significant role in the country’s economy. He has employed five individuals who are earning regularly under his guidance. Born in 2006 in Narail, Sakib Rafsan is currently studying in the tenth grade of Narail Government High School. Despite his age, he has achieved great success, earning a substantial income while most of his peers struggle with unemployment. In 2018, he embarked on his journey by starting from a drawing room. Today, he is the CEO of ‘Royal Motion IT.’ The organization provides various digital services and functions as an independent record label, offering a wide range of services. Through Royal Motion IT, Bangladeshi artists who cannot upload songs directly on music streaming platforms can now do so with their help. The platform helps distribute their songs to various music streaming platforms, thus enabling local artists to reach their audience easily. The organization offers diverse digital services, music distribution, and more, all available on the Royal Motion IT website. Sakib Rafsan said, “I’ve been earning since grade seven.” At present, many individuals complete their education and contribute to unemployment. But Sakib Rafsan is different. He believes that everyone should be an entrepreneur from where foreign currencies can be earned, thus making a significant impact on the domestic economy. He wants to train more young individuals who are eager to earn and contribute to the country’s economy. Sakib Rafsan is transforming Royal Motion IT into a digital marketing agency and a music distribution company or an independent record label. Through these efforts, they are uploading songs of Bangladeshi artists to various music streaming platforms, expanding the reach of Bangladesh’s music industry. Sakib Rafsan is an idol for Bangladeshi youths, inspiring them and nurturing the spirit of entrepreneurship. He will undoubtedly lead Bangladesh towards a promising economic future.”
