Bappi Rahman, Nilphamari Correspondent: Jobaer Alam, the former Chairman of the Department of Oceanography at the University of Dhaka and the Editor and Publisher of The Bangladesh Today (TBT), paid a courtesy visit to advocate Momtazul Islam, the General Secretary of Nilphamari district Awami League and Zila Parishad Chairman On Wednesday. The meeting revolved around discussing various issues centering the electoral constituency Nilphamari-03.

Jobaer Alam emphasized different aspects, including party nominations and activities for the upcoming parliamentary elections. He also highlighted the importance of party unity to work for the welfare of the people.
It should be noted that Jobaer Alam has been actively involved in assisting the underprivileged and needy individuals at this area. He is also holding positions in Education and Human Resources Sub-Committee of Bangladesh Awami League and Bangladesh Awami League’s Nilphamari district unit. During the meeting, former Jaldhaka Upazila Chhatra League President Abdul Hadi, Bappi Rahman, the district correspondent of The Bangladesh Today and Head of Human Resource and Administration of TBT Samaun Badsha greeted Advocate Mumtazul Islam with flowers.
