Dhaka, 5 April, 2020: Salma-Adil Foundation has distributed consignment of life-saving safety gear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at Chandanaish upazila in Chattogram, in a bid to combat Covid-19.

Recently, coronary infections have already been reported in different parts of the country. On the basis of emergency, these quality PPE materials including other necessary face masks, medical gowns and gloves have been distributed by the Salma-Adil Foundation for the protection of Chandanaish Upazila Health Complex and the administration who are working on frontline of corona infection.

Golam Azad and Advocate Delwar Hossain, prominent social workers, recently has handed over PPE materials on behalf of the Salma-Adil Foundation, as they are in need it of it most to protect themselves from the coronavirus as they treat patients. Chandanaish Upazila Executive Officer Imtiaz Hossain, Upazila Health Officer Dr. Shaheen Hossain Chowdhury, Acting Officer (OC) of the Police Station Keshab Chakraborty and an army representative working to combat the Corona virus received PPE materials.
