BAKU, Azerbaijan,  – An agreement on cultural exchange was signed between Bangladesh and Azerbaijan today to tune up the cultural ties between the two countries.

The agreement was signed following a bilateral meeting between Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina and Azerbaijan President Ilham Aliyev at the Presidential Palace here.

On behalf of their respective countries, Bangladesh State Minister for Cultural Affairs KM Khalid and Azerbaijan Cultural and Tourism Minister Dr Abulfas Garayev signed the agreement in presence of the Bangladesh Prime Minister and the Azerbaijan President.
