A massive public assembly was held with the initiative of Chandkhan union unit of Bangladesh Awami League in Khishoreganj upazila of Nilphamari on Thursday.
Chandkhan union Awami League President Mizanur Rahman Dulal presided over the assembly while the general secretary of Syedpur upazila unit of Bangladesh Awami League and former mayor Akhtar Hossain Badal was present as the chief guest at the occasion. Among others, General Secretary of Syedpur municipal unit of Bangladesh Awami League Mozammel Haque, former chairman of Chandkhan Union Ayub Ali, former chairman Chandkhan UP Nazimuddin Alam Sabuj, Bangladesh Chhatra League’s Kishoreganj Upazila unit general secretary Hejbullah Rahman Dalim and hundreds of leaders and activists of Bangladesh Awami League’s Kishoreganj and Syedpur Upazila unit were also present as the occasion.
