Dan Mozena expresses optimism for Bangladesh labour market

TBT DESK: The Founder President of SOLE - USA, Dr Golam Rabbani Nayan Bangalee, chaired the summit, while former US Ambassador to Bangladesh, Dan Mozena, attended as the Chief Guest. Representatives from 35 countries, including two ambassadors, participated in this significant event.
Most speakers focused on strategies to empower workers and inspire them to make greater contributions. Dan Mozena remarked, "I see Bangladesh as a country with immense potential and a vast human resource base. If the nation can develop this workforce with proper skills and guidance, it can bring about a radical transformation for a better future."
Prof MM Sharidul Karim, Head of the English Department at Comilla University, delivered the keynote address at the summit.
From Bangladesh, notable contributions came from Dr Jamil Ahmed, Executive Director of SOLE - Bangladesh Major (Retd) Rool Amin, Mohammad Faiz Kawser, Country Representative , School of Leadership , Bangladesh, Prof Aliar Hossain Country Representative , School of Leadership UK , Dr Parvez Reza Kakon, and journalist Aminul Majlish, all of whom delivered valuable speeches.
