The 88th birth anniversary of Bangamata Sheikh Fazilatunnesa Mujib, wife of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman was observed in Kamalganj upazila in a befitting manner. Marking the day Kamalganj upazila Jubo League arranged a discussion and a doa mahfil was held at Kamalganj Municipal mayor’s office on Wednesday.
Kamalganj upazila Jubo League’s convener and Kamalganj municipal Mayor Md. Jewel Ahmad chaired the meeting and joint convener of upzila Jubo League Abdul Malek Babul conducted the meeting while was Upazila Awami League President M. Mosaddek Ahmed Manik was present as the chief guest at the occasion.
Among others, Upazila Juba League members Mustafizur Rahman, Jahirul Alam, former BCL leader Shahin Ahmed, Jubo League leader Moinul Khan, Kamalganj Upazila Chhatra League president Rahat Imtiaz Ripul, organizing secretary Rubel Chowdhury and Saifur Rahman were also present at the occasion. Later a doa mahfil was held after the discussion meeting.
