23 COVID-19 patients get foodstuffs in Rangpur

RANGPUR,– The district administration distributed foodstuffs, including Vitamin-C enriched fruits, to 23 coronavirus (COVID-19) infected patients in the metropolis on Saturday.

On behalf of the district administration, Executive Magistrates Mohammad Raihanul Islam and Md. Rahat Bin Kutub reached the foodstuffs to the COVID-19 patents at their respective houses strictly maintaining physical distance.

“We reached a cartoon containing different Vitamin-C enriched fruits, rice, vermicelli, tea, honey, milk, sugar, biscuits and other food items to each of the coronavirus patients,” Executive Magistrate Kutub told BSS today.

Wishing early recovery of the coronavirus patients while distributing the foodstuffs, the Executive Magistrates called upon them to have solid moral courage which is the most vital factor to easily get recovered.

They urged the family members of coronavirus patients to become courageous, properly abide by the health directives, wear masks and take care of their infected family members to get them recovered comfortably.

“The society and neighbours of coronavirus patients should leave a negative attitude, if any, and extend assistance to the patients for early recovery of in a congenial atmosphere at homes,” said Kutub.
