RAJSHAHI,  – Rajshahi Medical College Hospital (RMCH) recorded one more death in its Covid-19 unit during the last 24 hours till 6am today.

RMCH Director Brigadier General Shamim Yazdani said the deceased, a resident of Pabna, was a woman and she was infected with Covid-19.

Meanwhile, one more patient was admitted to the Covid-19 unit during the last 24 hours, taking the number of admitted patients to 19, including three tested positive for Covid-19, at present.

On the other hand, five more patients were found Covid-19 positive after testing 174 samples in Rajshahi’s two laboratories on Friday, showing a 1.43 percent infection rate in Rajshahi, while 10.34 percent in Joypurhat districts.
