Actor Arifin Shuvoo suddenly made headlines after a “Bride Wanted” advertisement appeared in a newspaper. The groom’s name in the advertisement was “Anisur Rahman Anis,” a 35-year-old government engineer. Interestingly, Arifin Shuvoo’s photograph appeared in place of the groom’s picture. Meanwhile, a separate “Groom Wanted” advertisement featured a bride named “Anamika Anu,” with actress Keya Payel’s photo in place of the bride’s picture. The advertisements initially sparked considerable curiosity. Now, Keya Payel herself has shed more light on the mystery. In a 37-second video posted on social media, she appeared dressed as a bride, while Arifin Shuvoo entered the scene dressed as a groom.

Recently, Keya Payel shared the video on her Facebook page. In the video, she can be seen dressed as a bride in a pink lehenga, sitting inside a room in her wedding attire. Arifin Shuvoo then enters the room dressed as a groom and approaches her. At one point, Shuvoo gently kisses her on the forehead. The short video ends with the words “Happily Married” appearing on the screen.

The video has sparked renewed curiosity among viewers. Earlier, the two newspaper advertisements had already created a mystery surrounding Shuvoo and Keya Payel. One advertisement sought a bride for a groom named “Anisur Rahman Anis.” He was described as a 35-year-old government engineer who was humble, honest, responsible and skilled at cooking. Arifin Shuvoo’s photograph appeared alongside the advertisement.

The other advertisement sought a groom for “Anamika Anu,” described as a 24-year-old fourth-year honours student skilled in dance. It also stated that preference would be given to a photogenic and “Pinterest-perfect” groom. Keya Payel’s photograph appeared in place of the bride’s picture. At the bottom of the advertisement, however, it was stated that the notice was “published for advertising purposes.”

The advertisements immediately prompted many to wonder whether Arifin Shuvoo and Keya Payel were actually entering a new chapter in their personal lives—or whether the advertisements were connected to a new film.

Keya Payel’s latest video has now largely answered that question.

It has been learned that the unusual newspaper wedding advertisements were part of the promotional campaign for the film Happily Married, starring Arifin Shuvoo and Keya Payel. Shuvoo’s character in the film is named Anis, while Payel plays Anamika. Therefore, the wedding advertisements featuring the names Anisur Rahman Anis and Anamika Anu, along with the photographs of Shuvo and Payel, were all part of the film’s promotional strategy.

As part of the same campaign, the new video featuring Shuvoo and Payel in wedding attire has now been released. Their chemistry in the 37-second video has also caught viewers’ attention.

Although Arifin Shuvoo and Keya Payel have portrayed love, marriage and family life on screen before, their wedding looks in this instance are entirely part of the film. Still, the innovative promotional campaign has momentarily blurred the line between real life and fiction.
