Popular singers Imran Mahmudul and Sabrina Porshi have achieved a major milestone as their 2017 duet “Jonom Jonom” has surpassed 100 million views on YouTube.
Released nearly nine years ago, the song marked the first collaboration between Imran and Porshi as a duet. Since then, the singers have worked together on several songs, but “Jonom Jonom” has continued to attract listeners over the years.
Imran shared his excitement about the achievement on social media. Reflecting on the song’s enduring popularity, he said it was his first duet with Porshi and expressed his happiness that the track continues to resonate with audiences despite being released before the current era of YouTube-driven music.
The song features lyrics by acclaimed lyricist Robiul Islam Jibon, while Imran composed and arranged the music. It was released as part of Porshi’s third solo album and became one of the album’s popular tracks.
Imran also expressed gratitude to everyone involved in the song and hoped that “Jonom Jonom” would continue to receive love from audiences.
The official music video was released on G-Series’ YouTube channel on 7 February 2017. Directed and produced by Rommo Khan, the video has now crossed the 100 million-view milestone, marking a significant achievement for the singers and the song.
