Dip: “My childhood dream was to work as model or blogger”

TBT REPORT

“My childhood dream was to work as a model or blogger. I have been working toward that dream since I was young, and I hope to go much further with everyone’s love and support.”

These are the words of popular blogger and TikToker Dip, who has become quite popular on social media in recent times.

Dip’s full name is Dip Paul. He was born and raised in Shakhari Bazar, Dhaka.

He began working as a TikToker and blogger at the age of 20. Dip made his debut in the media through singer Rubel Khandaker’s song ‘Chailei Karo Jay Na Howa Apon.’

Among his upcoming projects is a music video for the song ‘Tomar Mishti Kothar Jale,’ sung by Sajib San and Shahin Sultana Mim. Model and actor Dip has appeared in the music video, which is yet to be released.

Dip has worked with several popular artists, including Ayman Sadiq and others.

So far, the popular model-actor has appeared in five music videos.

Speaking about his journey, he said, “My Facebook journey started with my niece, Ridhi, whom many people know. She is no longer just my niece; she is like my daughter to me. Later, I moved from Facebook to TikTok.”

He added, “People really loved the videos I made with my niece. When one of our videos received a huge number of views in a single day, it increased my interest in social media even more.”

He further said, “Later, I started making couple videos with my wife, and those videos went viral on social media. At present, I am busy with my online sari business. Alongside that, our family also has a gold business, where I am also giving my time.”
