Dhaka : Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP) hosted a conference titled 'BUP International Model United Nations Conference-2026 (BUPIMUN 2026)', from 15 to 17 October 2026. The closing ceremony of the conference was held on 17 October 2026 at the Shadhinota Auditorium of BUP. The conference was held under the supervision of BUP’s Faculty of Security and Strategic Studies (FSSS) and the BUP Global Affairs Council.The primary objective of BUP MUN is to strengthen inter-university relations and foster connections among students through global diplomatic education and practical experience.Approximately 547 students and representativesfrom BUP and various other universities across the countryalong with 40 executive board members (judges), actively participated in this conference.

Modeled after the operations of the United Nations, this three-day conference provides students with the opportunity to develop leadership, negotiation skills, and global awareness.BUP high officials, faculty members, participants, and invited guests were also present at the programme.
