

At the prestigious International Royal Golden Fellow Award 2026 Ceremony and Second International Conference on AI-Driven Innovation, Modern Technology and Multidisciplinary Research in Patent Development 2026 Patent Gen Beta 2.0 2026, held on 28th August (Friday) and 29th August (Saturday), 2026, the selection committee reviewed numerous high-quality research submissions. Among these, the abstract submitted by Nipa Akter was recognized as exceptionally insightful and closely aligned with the conference theme. As a result, Nipa Akter was selected as one of the distinguished recipients of the Climate-Resilient Land DevelopmentExcellence Award 2026, conferred by Eudoxia Research University, USA, and the Eudoxia Research Centre, India.
At the conference, Nipa Akter presented the study, highlighting a systematic MCDA approach to improving erosion and sediment control in the construction industry. The presentation was based on data from 175 construction professionals and showed that Storm Water Management had the highest mean score of 4.41 and an MCDA weight of 27%, followed by Regulatory Compliance at 24% and Site Stability at 21%. The study also identified a strong correlation of r = 0.73 between Storm Water Management and Site Stability, demonstrating the importance of integrated ESC practices for effective construction management.

By integrating Storm Water Management, Regulatory Compliance, Site Stability, Training & Monitoring, and Cost Efficiency into a Multi-Criteria Decision Analysis (MCDA) framework, the study helps construction professionals make better-informed decisions and prioritize the factors that most influence ESC effectiveness. Based on data from 175 construction professionals in the United States, the findings demonstrate that Storm Water Management (27%), Regulatory Compliance (24%), and Site Stability (21%) are the most influential criteria, while their strong relationship, particularly between Storm Water Management and Site Stability (r = 0.73), highlights the importance of integrated ESC management.
