Nipa Akter Receives Climate-Resilient Land DevelopmentAward 2026

At the prestigious International Royal Golden Fellow Award 2026 Ceremony and Second International Conference on AI-Driven Innovation, Modern Technology and Multidisciplinary Research in Patent Development 2026 Patent Gen Beta 2.0 2026, held on 28th August (Friday) and 29th August (Saturday), 2026, the selection committee reviewed numerous high-quality research submissions. Among these, the abstract submitted by Nipa Akter was recognized as exceptionally insightful and closely aligned with the conference theme. As a result, Nipa Akter was selected as one of the distinguished recipients of the Climate-Resilient Land DevelopmentExcellence Award 2026, conferred by Eudoxia Research University, USA, and the Eudoxia Research Centre, India.

At the conference, Nipa Akter presented the study, highlighting a systematic MCDA approach to improving erosion and sediment control in the construction industry. The presentation was based on data from 175 construction professionals and showed that Storm Water Management had the highest mean score of 4.41 and an MCDA weight of 27%, followed by Regulatory Compliance at 24% and Site Stability at 21%. The study also identified a strong correlation of r = 0.73 between Storm Water Management and Site Stability, demonstrating the importance of integrated ESC practices for effective construction management.

The award selection process for Patent Gen Beta 2.0 2026 was overseen by an internationally constituted Central Organizing Committee comprising distinguished scholars, academic leaders, researchers, and institutional representatives. The committee was led by Chief Patron Prof. Dr. Rhituraj Saikia, President of Eudoxia Research University, USA, with Patron Prof. Dr. Caleb Moyo, Vice-Chancellor, providing strategic guidance. Convener Prof. Dr. Dimitrios A. Karras, Dean, School of Science, coordinated the academic framework, supported by Organizing Secretary Prof. Dr. Joseph Dunston, Academic Director, Eudoxia Research Centre, India. The committee also included Dr. Arun Kumar Sao, Coordinator Dr. Smreeti Mehta, Registrar, Eudoxia Research University, USA, Dr. Namrata Kumari, Deputy Registrar, UWRIC, UK, Moderator Dr. MushinaKafiah Huda, Director, Eudoxia Research Centre, India, and other distinguished academic and professional members. Their collective expertise ensured a structured, credible, and internationally oriented award selection process.

Nipa Akter, provides a practical and systematic framework for improving erosion and sediment control (ESC) in the construction industry. By integrating Storm Water Management, Regulatory Compliance, Site Stability, Training & Monitoring, and Cost Efficiency into a Multi-Criteria Decision Analysis (MCDA) framework, the study helps construction professionals make better-informed decisions and prioritize the factors that most influence ESC effectiveness. Based on data from 175 construction professionals in the United States, the findings demonstrate that Storm Water Management (27%), Regulatory Compliance (24%), and Site Stability (21%) are the most influential criteria, while their strong relationship, particularly between Storm Water Management and Site Stability (r = 0.73), highlights the importance of integrated ESC management.

In the United States, Nipa Akter’s study can support construction companies, engineers, project managers, environmental professionals, and regulatory agencies in improving stormwater management, site stabilization, environmental compliance, and construction practices.


In Bangladesh, the framework has potential value for rapidly developing urban and infrastructure projects by supporting better management of soil erosion, sediment runoff, drainage, and site stability. Globally, the study provides a transferable decision-making approach that can be adapted to different construction environments and regulatory systems, helping reduce environmental impacts, strengthen sustainable construction practices, and promote more effective management of erosion and sediment risks.
