Kusum Sikder shares four secrets to stay happy and beautiful

TBT REPORT

Actress Kusum Sikder has entered her forties, yet her appearance gives little indication of her age. The actress has now shared her thoughts with fans on how to remain happy, beautiful and positive through one’s lifestyle and mindset.

Recently, Kusum Sikder posted a photo of herself on social media, where she appeared in a graceful and serene look. Alongside the photo, she revealed what she considers four secrets to staying happy and beautiful after the age of 40.

According to Kusum, maintaining mental peace is just as important as looking good. She believes that a positive mindset is essential for achieving that peace. She advised people to move through life with love rather than hatred, while also staying away from negative people and negative thoughts.

In her post, Kusum wrote, “The key to staying happy and beautiful after 40 is, first, never to hate—only love. However, one must stay away from negative energy; otherwise, the mind will become polluted.”

Her second mantra is: “It is better not to go where there is a possibility of being devalued or disrespected.” In other words, she advised avoiding places and situations where one’s dignity or mental peace could be compromised.

As her third mantra, Kusum said, “You must retain the ability to be amazed and the desire to learn something new every day.” According to her, maintaining a willingness to learn and the ability to appreciate new things keeps people energetic and alive.

For her fourth and final mantra, the actress advised spending time in nature. In her words, “You should often go close to nature.”

Kusum Sikder’s post sparked discussion on social media soon after it was published. Her fans and followers praised her outlook, with many saying that the four pieces of advice are not only relevant for people over 40 but can also help anyone, regardless of age, lead a happier and more peaceful life.
