

TBT DESK: Nabil Group, one of the country’s leading industrial conglomerates, has organised its “Leadership Summit 2026” with the participation of sales professionals, policymakers, and senior executives from its affiliated enterprises.
The summit was held on Saturday at the group’s Research and Development Centre in Bamanshikor, Kharkhari, Rajshahi. The event focused on the group’s future business strategies, market expansion plans, sales growth targets, and corporate leadership development.
The programme was attended by Nabil Group Chairman Jahan Baksh Mondol as the chief guest and Vice Chairman Ishrat Jahan as the special guest. Managing Director and CEO Aminul Islam, Director Ejaz Abrar Nabil, Director Mamunur Rashid, and heads of the group’s various business units also addressed the gathering.
In his speech, Chairman Jahan Baksh Mondol said that the field-level sales team is the backbone of the group’s success.
“Behind every product and service lies your hard work, honesty, and dedication. As market competition increases, unity, efficiency, and a customer-focused mindset become even more important,” he said.
Vice Chairman Ishrat Jahan emphasised the need for continuous training, technological adoption, and modern marketing practices to enhance sales performance. She noted that future markets would be increasingly data-driven and brand-value oriented, requiring Nabil Group to strengthen its position further.
Managing Director and CEO Aminul Islam outlined the group’s new business objectives, plans to strengthen its distribution network, expand into new regional markets, and introduce performance-based incentives and evaluation systems for the sales force.
Director Ejaz Abrar Nabil called on all employees to prioritise teamwork, integrity, and professionalism in order to strengthen the group’s presence in both new and existing markets.
Other directors and business unit heads shared their views on field-level challenges, changing customer demands, brand positioning, and future action plans.
During the summit, participants adopted a joint commitment under the slogan “One Team, One Vision, One Goal”, reaffirming their determination to further consolidate Nabil Group’s position as a leading business force in the country.
Organisers said the leadership summit was not merely a formal meeting but a dynamic platform for leadership, innovation, and collective progress. They expressed optimism that the initiative would contribute significantly to enhancing sales growth and strengthening the group’s market leadership in the coming years.
