The 39h Annual General Meeting of Phoenix Insurance Company Ltd. was held on Wednesday the 23rd July 2025 through a digital platform in Dhaka. The meeting was presided over by the Chairman of the Company Mr. Mohammed Shoeb. The Company also declared 10% Cash Dividend to the shareholders for the year 2024.
During the year 2024 the Company earned a total premium of Tk. 75.05 Crore and pre-tax profit of Tk. 6.95 Crore. Total asset of the Company in the year 2024 was Tk.216.16 Crore.
The Shareholders of the Company expressed their deep satisfaction over the performance and steady growth of the Company in the face of extremely adverse situation.
The Vice Chairman Mr. Manzoorul Haque, the Directors Mr. Mazharul Haque, Mr. Mohammed Haider Ali, Mrs. Sadia Anjum Siddiqui, Dr. Sharmin Sultana, Ms. Fabiana Aziz, Mr. Javed Hosein, Mr. Iftakharul Islam, the Managing Director & CEO Mr. Md. Rafiqur Rahman were also took part in the virtual meeting.
