In the case statement, the complainant alleged that then Election Commission officials held farcical national elections in 2014, 2018 and 2024 and announced victory of the candidates without vote which are criminal offences.

The complainant of the case Salah Uddin Khan said then chief election commissioners, election commissioners, several members of the law enforcement agencies including chiefs of police, NSI, DGFI and SB collectively held the national parliamentary elections in 2014, 2018 and 2014.

Sheikh Hasina claimed herself as Prime Minister by holding votes at nights instead of days.
