Five movies get 'U' certificate, one gets A

Six films of various tastes are coming for Bengali film lovers on the new Eid. As the preparations for Eid are in full swing in the cinema halls, the curiosity and expectations are growing among the audience. Although several films were initially on the release list, as the time approached, several have been dropped one by one. The films that are finally being released on Eid are - 'Taandob', 'Nilchakra', 'Utshaob', 'Insaf', 'Tagore' and 'Esha Murder: Karmaphal'.

Of these six films, 'Neelchakra' starring Arifin Shuvo was the first to receive clearance from the Film Censor Board, in February this year. At that time, the film received a 'U' certificate, which means it is suitable for audiences of all ages and family-friendly. The film's length is 1 hour and 53 minutes.

On the other hand, the remaining five films received clearance recently - yesterday and today, Wednesday. Among them, except for Shariful Raj's 'Insaf', all the other films have received a 'U' certificate. Only 'Insaf' has received an 'A' or adult certificate, which means it is suitable for adult audiences only. The length of this action-packed film is 2 hours and 29 minutes. On the other hand, the other films that received a 'U' certificate are -

Taandob: This movie, which is an action and romantic story, is 2 hours and 9 minutes long.

Utshaob: The film, which is a family story, is 1 hour and 52 minutes long.

Esha Murder: Karmaphal: A murder mystery filled with mystery and thrill, length 2 hours 26 minutes.

Togor: This thrilling movie is 2 hours and 23 minutes long.

Another film has been added to the Eid list at the last minute. 'Tomar Amar Prem Kahini'. The film has received a 'U' certificate, but it will be released after Eid.

All in all, these six films released on Eid are hitting theaters with stories of varying flavors—sometimes mysterious, sometimes romantic, and sometimes emotional family twists. This is undoubtedly a colorful and diverse festival for movie lovers.
