Brothers Furniture of Bangladesh: Merging Quality, Design and Innovation

Brothers Furniture Limited is one of the few organizations that are playing a key role in advancing the furniture industry in the country. At that time, the shop called Bhai Bhai Furniture was a small-scale initiative to the sale and purchase of furniture, especially embassy-based furniture, under the founder of Md. Habibur Rahman Sarkar. The company became very acceptable to the buyers if they focused on making new design modern furniture day by day. Considering the customer demand and the situation, the chairman of Bhai Bhai Furniture decided to expand the business in 1980. According to the decision, he took his family with him to create new capital. The name of Bhai Bhai Furniture was changed to Brothers Furniture Limited with younger brother Elias Sarkar. The strong leadership of the two brothers has turned it into one of the top brands in the country. Later in 2012, Sharifuzzaman Sarkar, the son of Habibur Rahman Sarkar, the chairman of the company, took over as the director of Brothers Furniture. Especially after taking over the responsibility of the company's marketing and sales, the company has created a nationwide stir with a collective effort. Currently Brothers Furniture is focusing on expanding their operations not only in Bangladesh but also in international markets.

Although started as a small venture, the company aimed to produce high-quality furniture for the local market. Since its inception, the company has continuously emphasized innovation and quality. In the early stages, they made traditional wooden furniture, which quickly became popular among customers. Combining native culture and modern design, they started creating furniture that makes every room modern and comfortable.
In terms of product variety, Brothers Furniture has a large collection that blends individuality and modernity. Living room furniture includes sofa sets, tea tables, book shelves and showcases with a variety of modern and traditional design products. The bedroom furniture collection includes functional and stylish furniture such as double and single beds, dressing tables, wardrobes and bedside tables. In addition, a huge consumer service campaign was conducted with the direct and indirect intervention of more than 700 manpower at the factory located on 45 bigha land in Savar's Birulia, the corporate office at Baridhara in the capital and countrywide showroom.

Uses sustainable wood sources and applies eco-friendly technologies in the production process.
