Earlier, he spent nearly six years as CEO of BRAC EPL Stock Brokerage Ltd, where he led business expansion, operational transformation, risk management and digital initiatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During his tenure at BRAC EPL, Rahman also led the expansion of the company\u2019s branch network and implementation of technology-driven initiatives. He played a role in introducing an order management system (OMS) and integrating the brokerage\u2019s technology with BRAC Bank\u2019s \u2018Astha\u2019 platform and bKash.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Earlier in his career, Rahman led local and foreign institutional sales and trading operations, managing business relationships with global funds, international brokers and local asset management companies. He also participated in investor engagement programmes and international roadshows in London, Hong Kong and Singapore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rahman holds a BBA in Finance from East West University. He has also completed professional training and programmes in portfolio management, financial analysis, leadership and Islamic finance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Under his leadership, BRAC EPL Stock Brokerage received the BSEC Independence Golden Jubilee Award 2023 in the broker-dealer category.
