The Afghanistan Cricket Board (ACB) also announced the\u00a0development through its official social media platforms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The player registration process for the inaugural APL has already been\u00a0completed. According to the organisers, more than 1,000 cricketers have\u00a0registered for the tournament, including over 500 overseas players.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The APL player draft is scheduled to be held on September 27, when Taskin's\u00a0participation will be decided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Bangladesh pacer has not yet been linked with any particular franchise in\u00a0the tournament.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In its social media post, the APL said Taskin had officially registered for\u00a0the league and asked fans which team they would like to see the Bangladesh\u00a0pacer represent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">'The wait is over,\" the post read. \"Taskin Ahmed has officially registered\u00a0for the Afghanistan Premier League.
