{"id":37217,"date":"2026-09-16T12:39:36","date_gmt":"2026-09-16T12:39:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/thebangladeshtoday.com\/?p=37217"},"modified":"2026-09-16T12:39:38","modified_gmt":"2026-09-16T12:39:38","slug":"pm-inquires-about-mother-of-forced-disappeared-jcd-leader-al-amin","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/thebangladeshtoday.com\/?p=37217","title":{"rendered":"PM inquires about mother of forced disappeared JCD leader Al-Amin"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prime Minister Tarique Rahman today inquired about the health of ailing mother of forced disappeared leader of Bangladesh Jatiyatabadi Chhatra Dal (JCD) leader of Jagannath University (JnU) Md Al-Amin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A delegation of the Amra BNP Poribar led by member secretary Mokchedul Momin Mithun visited Al-Amin\u2019s residence today at the directive of Prime Minister Tarique Rahman, said a press release.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">JnU JCD leader Al-Amin became a victim of enforced disappearance from the city\u2019s Bashundhara Residential Area on December 4, 2013. His mother, Jesmin Begum, has been suffering from illness for a long time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After learning about her illness, the Prime Minister instructed his Additional Press Secretary Atikur Rahman Ruman to inquire about Jesmin Begum\u2019s condition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The delegation inquired about her treatment and conveyed the Prime Minister\u2019s message of sympathy to her.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Members of the Amra BNP Poribar Masud Rana Liton and Shakil Ahmed, and JCD leader Mashiur Rahman Mahan, among others, were present.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Prime Minister Tarique Rahman today inquired about the health of ailing mother of forced disappeared leader of Bangladesh Jatiyatabadi Chhatra Dal (JCD) leader of Jagannath University (JnU) Md Al-Amin.
