{"id":36693,"date":"2026-09-03T12:32:20","date_gmt":"2026-09-03T12:32:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/thebangladeshtoday.com\/?p=36693"},"modified":"2026-09-03T12:32:21","modified_gmt":"2026-09-03T12:32:21","slug":"zia-memorial-book-fair-2026-begins-today","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/thebangladeshtoday.com\/?p=36693","title":{"rendered":"Zia Memorial Book Fair-2026 begins today"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The 'Zia Memorial Book Fair-2026' is set to begin at the Bangla Academy premises in the city today marking the 48th founding anniversary of the Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The central committee of the Zia Memorial Library has organized the fair to promote and disseminate books highlighting the policies and ideals of the BNP, as well as literary works based on the life and legacy of its founder Shaheed President Ziaur Rahman.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The fair is scheduled to be formally inaugurated at 3:30 pm at the Bangla Academy premises. Dr. Zubaida Rahman, Vice President of the Ziaur Rahman Foundation (ZRF) will attend the inaugural ceremony as the chief guest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">President of the Central Committee of Zia Memorial Library and Dhaka South City Corporation Administrator Abdus Salam will preside over the event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Md.
