Since the ICT Act already had jurisdiction to try allegations of enforced disappearance, I did not find it necessary to promulgate another ordinance to form a separate tribunal,\u201d he said while responding to questions from journalists at his office today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>\u201cThe International Crimes Tribunal Act already had sufficient jurisdiction to try allegations of enforced disappearance.
