Prime Minister Tarique Rahman today joined the third sitting of the maiden session of the 13th Jatiya Sangsad (JS) here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The premier took his seat five minutes prior to the session resumed at 3pm after the vacation on the occasion of the Eid-ul-Fitr, Prime Minister's Deputy Press Secretary Jahidul Islam Rony said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
JS Deputy Speaker and lawmaker from Netrokona-1 constituency Barrister Kayser Kamal presided over the sitting in the absence of Speaker Hafiz Uddin Ahmed, Bir Bikram.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
At the outset of the sitting, the deputy speaker delivered a welcome speech.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Earlier, the maiden session of the new Jatiya Sangsad began on March 12.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
