{"id":33060,"date":"2026-03-16T18:06:08","date_gmt":"2026-03-16T18:06:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/thebangladeshtoday.com\/?p=33060"},"modified":"2026-03-16T18:06:09","modified_gmt":"2026-03-16T18:06:09","slug":"govt-takes-initiative-to-implement-election-manifesto-health-minister","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/thebangladeshtoday.com\/?p=33060","title":{"rendered":"Govt takes initiative to implement election manifesto: Health Minister"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Health and Family Welfare Minister Sardar Md Sakhawat Husain today said the government has taken initiatives to implement its election manifesto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He made the remarks while inaugurating the \"Mahishakhali Canal Excavation and Re-excavation Project\" in Monohardi upazila of Narsingdi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The project aims at restoring water bodies and improving water management in the area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Narsingdi Deputy Commissioner Mohammad Anwar Hossain chaired the event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">BNP Standing Committee member and Member of Parliament from Narsingdi-2 Dr Abdul Moyeen Khan attended the function as the chief guest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Among others, Khairul Kabir Khokon, Member of Parliament for Narsingdi-1 and Joint Secretary General of BNP; Monjur Elahi, Member of Parliament for Narsingdi-3; Engineer Ashraf Uddin Bakul, Member of Parliament for Narsingdi-5; and Narsingdi Superintendent of Police Abdullah Al-Faruk were present at the programme.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Health and Family Welfare Minister Sardar Md Sakhawat Husain today said the government has taken initiatives to implement its election manifesto.
