The day-long session brought together around 80 members of the bank\u2019s Strategic Leadership Team to align on \u2018Vision 2026\u2019, a roadmap for sustainable growth, innovation and excellence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>A.S.M. Shahidullah Khan<\/strong>, Chairman, ONE Bank PLC;<strong> Zahur Ullah<\/strong>, Director and Chairman, Executive Committee, ONE Bank PLC and <strong>Admiral Aurangzeb Chowdhury (Retd)<\/strong>, Independent Director, ONE Bank PLC shared their vision and way forward during the session.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Muhit Rahman<\/strong>, Managing Director, ONE Bank PLC emphasized on the importance of unified and purpose led approach and added, \u201cVision 2026 reflects our collective commitment to build a resilient and future ready bank that prioritizes growth with strong governance, embraces digital innovation and operational excellence.
