The proceeds will be utilised to strengthen Pubali Bank PLC\u2019s Tier-II capital base, thereby enhancing the Bank\u2019s capacity to expand lending, reach a wider customer base, and support sustainable economic growth across the country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Speaking at the ceremony, participants highlighted the strategic importance of subordinated bonds in reinforcing the resilience of the banking sector and enabling long-term financial stability.
