Atova Technology Honors Trainees for Completing Industry-Focused Program

Atova Technology organized the \u201cIndustrial Training, Farewell and Appreciation Ceremony\u201d to honor trainees who successfully completed its industry-oriented training program. The event was held on Wednesday (26 November) at an restaurant in the capital, where participants received certificates and crests in recognition of their achievements.
Speaking as the chief guest, Khandaker Mahbub Uddin Khokon, President of the Bangladesh Supreme Court Bar Association, said,\u201cPractical, hands-on training significantly enhances the confidence and employability of young people. Such initiatives play a crucial role in developing the country\u2019s human resources.\u201d
Special guest Hafizullah Khan, Administrator of the Bangladesh Association of Software and Information Services (BASIS), said,\u201cReal-world training is essential for developing skilled professionals in the local government and ICT sectors.\u201d
Monjur Mohammad Shahriar, Project Director of the DEIED Project under the Bangladesh Hi-Tech Park Authority, said,\u201cThe core objective of the DEIED project is to strengthen industry-ready skills among young people. Atova\u2019s initiative will further advance this mission.\u201d
Also present at the event were Rabiul Islam Nayan, Member-Secretary of Dhaka South Jubo Dal; Mostafa Kamal Duke, Managing Director of Flora Telecom; Rowshan Kamal James, Member of the BASIS Associate Committee; along with senior officials of Atova, trainers, and the graduating trainees.
Speaking at the ceremony, Rabiul Islam Nayan said, \u201cIndustry-based training enhances a trainee\u2019s readiness to work in real-world environments.\u201d
BASIS representative Rowshan Kamal James added, \u201cBASIS welcomes every initiative that helps build skilled IT professionals. Atova\u2019s efforts are truly commendable.\u201d
During the program, trainees shared their experiences, discussed practical learning outcomes, and received guidance on future career pathways.
Atova Technology\u2019s Chief Executive Officer, Ferdous Alom, who chaired the event, said,
