Praised for her cordial nature and professionalism, she has served with integrity and efficiency in various corporate branches, key divisions, and as head of different circles within the bank. She has also conducted sessions as a speaker in multiple training workshops at Agrani Bank, particularly on ICC guidelines, foreign trade, and remittance. She has participated in various training programmes at home and abroad, including in Singapore and Indonesia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rubana Pervin holds a Bachelor's (Honors) and master's degree in mathematics from Jahangirnagar University and an MBA from the Faculty of Business Studies, University of Dhaka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">She was born in the Kushtia district.
