From now on, users of the \"My Robi\" and \"My Airtel\" apps can pay for talk-time, internet, and other services by simply linking their bKash accounts. With bKash designated as a \"preferred payment partner,\" transactions can be completed in a single click using digital consent - no PINs, no OTPs, just quick and secure payments, reads a press release.
That's not all - bKash has been fully integrated into the user journey. Customers can now open a bKash account directly from the \"My Robi\" app. With a dedicated \"bKash Registration\" icon under the \"Service\" section, signing up for bKash is easier than ever.
Once a user gives consent, the process begins, and the customer can complete the necessary e-KYC steps to activate their account.
Additionally, Robi and Airtel users can explore and purchase custom mobile plans - like Robi's \"Easy Plan\" or Airtel's \"My Pack\" - straight from the bKash app. It's all part of an effort to offer more flexibility and smarter solutions for mobile users in Sunday's fast-paced, digital-first world.
