Mirana Mahrukh, Additional Secretary and Wing Chief (Asia, JEC and F&amp;F), ERD signed the RoD and ToR on behalf of the government of Bangladesh while Taeyoung Kim, Country Director of KOICA, signed on behalf of his organization.<br>This project will be implemented by the Roads and Highways Department, under the Road Transport and Highways Division.
