Veteran actors Abul Hayat and Dolly Johur, who recently appeared in Chayanika Chowdhury’s drama Life Is Beautiful, have reunited for another production by the director this week. Titled Ahare Jibon, the drama is written by Shafiqul Rahman Shantanu. Irfan Sajjad and Sunerah Binte Kamal play the other two lead roles.

According to the director, filming has already been completed, and the drama is now undergoing editing and other post-production work.

Abul Hayat and Dolly Johur frequently appear in Chayanika Chowdhury’s dramas, and the director has great confidence in their performances. Chayanika said Abul Hayat has acted in nearly 250 dramas under her direction, while Dolly Johur has appeared in more than 200.

“These two legendary artistes have acted in hundreds of dramas directed by me, and I consider that a great privilege. The presence of Abul Hayat and Dolly Johur in a drama raises audience expectations considerably. I am grateful to both of them. Their love, affection and warmth always move me,” Chayanika said.

Abul Hayat said, “Chayanika Chowdhury is an experienced director, and I thoroughly enjoy working with her. I have also worked with Dolly for many years, and we have a good understanding of each other on set. Ahare Jibon has a beautiful story, and I hope the audience will enjoy it.”

Dolly Johur said she feels comfortable working with Abul Hayat.

“I feel very much at ease acting alongside Hayat bhai. We have an excellent understanding of each other professionally, and I believe audiences will enjoy our performances in Ahare Jibon as well. Chayan’s dramas always give me a special feeling of satisfaction. I have acted in countless productions under her direction. I thank Chayan for being part of our acting journeys for so many years,” she said.
