Police Super Mohammad Ullah BPM (Service) is suppressing crime strongly in Habiganj. Along with it he made an example by standing beside the poor cold-stricken people.
Mohammad Ullah joined the Habiganj District Superintendent of Police a few days before the eleventh parliamentary elections. Since joining, he changed the concept about police among the general people with his efficient work and ethics. The police Superintendent of Habiganj is setting examples continuously with his hard work.
Bangladesh police have already caught the eyes of everyone with their brave role in eradicating all forms of crime including eve-teasing, militancy and drug trade. Habiganj Police Superintendent has adopted the different strategies to control theft, robbery, hijacking, drug trade and village fights.
Recently he stood beside the poor people of the whole district. He is continuously distributing winter clothes, blankets and sweatshirts. Many people are now calling his humanitarian Police Super. He is distributing warm clothes to the remote areas of different upazilas of Habiganj district with his own initiative.
In this context, Superintendent of Police Mohammad Ullah said that poverty will be reduced if rich people stand beside poor people. He urged the wealthy to come forward to serve the helpless people. He said that there are a lot of wealthy people in the society; if they come forward then poverty will decline throughout the whole country. If a wealthy person wants then he can stand by one hundred poor people. In this way, if 100 wealthy people stand beside the poor, then poverty of 1000 poor will be reduced. Therefore, I urge the rich people of the society to stand beside the underprivileged people.
It was learnt that in the winter, police super Mohammad Ullah distributed warm clothes among poor, helpless, cold-stricken people. He distributed winter clothes in Baniachang, Lakhai, Habiganj Sadar, Chunarughat and Bahubal upazilas of the district. The Superintendent of Police has now distributed 12 thousand cold clothes to the cold-stricken people in different areas of the upazila, including tea gardens.
During the warm clothes distribution programmes, Additional police super SM Fazlur Rahman, Rabiul Islam, Shailon Chakma, SM Raju Ahmed, Assistant Superintendent of Police Parvez Alam Chowdhury, Habiganj Sadar Police Station OC Mohammad Sahidur Rahman, Chunarughat Police Station OC KM Ajmeruzzaman, Baniachang Police Station OC Rashed Mobarak, Lakhai Police Station OC Emran Hossain, Bahubal Police Station OC Masuk Ali and police officials.
