Bangladesh Coast Guard Family Welfare Association (BCGFWA) organized winter clothes distribution among the helpless, poor, ultra-poor families and cold-stricken people in the area adjacent to Mongla Annex under Bangladesh Coast Guard West Zone.

Begum Muslima Chowdhury, president of CGFWA, inaugurated the distribution programme where executive members of the association were present, a press release said.

CGFWA has been conducting various public welfare and service activities since 2002 and distributes winter clothes every year among the poor and cold-hit people of different zones of the Bangladesh Coast Guard and adjacent areas, the press release added.
