Director Ittekhar Shuvo’s upcoming film titled ‘Mukhosh’ got stuck even after getting an uncut clearance. The film got the certificate from Bangladesh Film Censor Board as it was the director’s first film.

For now, the film makers have to remain calm with the certificate of clearance in hand. Due to the current situation the director is not releasing the film on January 21 as planned.

Regarding the context Shuvo said, ‘I have made all the plans to release on January 21. That is not happening in this situation anymore. Now there is no way for us to release the film but to wait. So, as much as I am happy to get the clearance, I am also upset.’

Regarding the release plan, the director said, “I am planning a new release during February, March or Eid when the Omicron infection subsides.” If 50% of the audience is allowed to go to the hall still it is quite risky.

The three main characters of the film ‘Mukhosh’ are Roshan who will be seen playing the role of a superstar, actress Pori Moni as a journalist and Mosharraf Karim as a writer. There are also Iresh Zaker, Pran Roy, Alangkar, Ilina Shammi, Tareq Swapan, Azad Abul Kalam, Rashed Mamun Apu and others.
