Popular actor Mosharraf Karim makes his debut in streaming platform Chorki, with the fourth short film of ‘Dakatiya Bashi’ series, titled ‘Bokul Ful’, directed by Saraf Ahmed Zibon. Tasnova Tisha will star opposite Mosarraf Karim in this web-film.

The director of this short film, Saraf Ahmed Zibon has confirmed the news. “This is a story about Moynal, a leader of a gang of robbers. The character is played by Mosharraf Karim. I tried to portray the grey side of the life of a robber who also experiences love, pain and regrets in his life like any other average person. They also seek love like us. This is a story of getting lost in life and losing all at once. Through my film, I wanted to tell stories of the unusual people in the society, who typically labelled as a bad human being.”

Regarding the character of Tasnova Tisha in the film, he said, “Tasnova worked really well in the film. As the story of the film is based on Moynal, we can say that he is the protagonist of the film. But the character of Tasnova Tisha is also very important. She played the love interest of Mosharraf Karim in the film. It is not a traditional love story.”

‘BokulFul’ is the debut directorial of Zibon on the OTT platform. Working first time on OTT platform is definitely a great opportunity for me, he said. “I have a mixed reaction about working with Chorki and in OTT platform and it is not entirely positive. I hope to work on OTT platform more in the future,” he added.

Asked about the expectation from the audience, Zibon said, “I’m not expecting that much from the audience. But I can say that this story is unique with a brilliant screenplay. I think audience spontaneously loves a film when they find the storyline unique and fresh.”

The short film also stars Hindol Roy, Masood Harun, Sheikh Merajul Islam, Hedayet Nannu, Hasnat Ripon, Tuhin Chowdhury, Dipak Karmakar, Sheikh Swapna, Shertaj Jebin among many others.
