

At the prestigious International Royal Golden Fellow Award 2026 Ceremony and Fifth International Conference on Recent Trends in Multidisciplinary Research- ICORM 5.0 2026, held on 28th September (Monday) and 29th September (Tuesday), 2026,the selection committee reviewed numerous high-quality research submissions. Among these, the abstract submitted by Afsara Tasnim Shama was recognized as exceptionally insightful and closely aligned with the conference theme. As a result, Afsara Tasnim Shama was selected as one of the distinguished recipients of the Cyber Security Research & Innovation 2026, conferred by Eudoxia Research University, USA, and the Eudoxia Research Centre, India.
During the conference, Afsara Tasnim Shama presented her U.S.-centered research on privacy governance in AI-enabled banking, examining how banks can use AI while protecting customer data and remaining accountable. Afsara Tasnim Shama’s study surveyed 165 U.S. banking professionals. Ethical AI governance showed the strongest implementation, while AI surveillance transparency remained the weakest area. Privacy breaches and customer-data misuse were leading concerns. The findings show that banks need clear oversight, explainable decisions, and strong privacy safeguards as AI expands.
