DHAKA, – Power, Energy and Mineral Resources Ministry has taken a decision to keep Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) filling stations across the country closed for six hours from 5:00pm to 11:00pm daily.

Power, Energy and Mineral Resources Ministry has taken the decision to keep all the CNG stations closed during the pick hour 5pm to 11pm aimed at keeping smooth supply of gas to power plants, said a statement signed by Deputy Chief Information Officer of the ministry Mir Mohammad Aslam Uddin.

The statement said that Petrobangla will hold a meeting with stakeholders over the decision at its board room at 11 am tomorrow.
