Kamrul Hasan Eyes New Chapter in Television Drama After Music Video Success

Entertainment Desk | Bangladesh

DHAKA: Model and emerging actor Kamrul Hasan is preparing to enter a new phase of his career, shifting his focus toward television drama after working in several music videos.

Born and raised in Cumilla, Hasan entered the entertainment industry at the age of 18 through modeling and music video projects. Since then, he has gradually built experience by working on a number of music videos and collaborating with established artists.

One of the notable milestones in his early career was his appearance in the music video “Muthoy Vora Shopno” by Imran and Nancy. Hasan considers the project a significant turning point in his professional journey.

He has so far worked in around five music videos, including a project released under the banner of Sangeeta Production. His professional collaborations have included popular singers such as Imran, Kazi Shuvo and Emon Khan.

Speaking about his future plans, Hasan said he is currently preparing to work on several new television drama projects. For now, he plans to keep his focus on television rather than films, with an emphasis on meaningful stories and suitable characters.

“I want to give the audience better and more quality work in the future,” Hasan said. “At the moment, I am focusing on television dramas and looking forward to taking on challenging and meaningful roles.”

Hasan also said some of his upcoming projects are currently awaiting release. He hopes the new works will allow audiences to see him in different roles and help him establish a stronger presence in the entertainment industry.

As he moves from music videos toward scripted television, Hasan's next projects are expected to play an important role in shaping the next stage of his career.
